I've taken the leap into the magical world of Youtube (gulp!). I hope the video format is a convenient digestible way to share my knowledge and tips. I've started with the basics and probably the number 1 question I get asked!

Do you prefer the audio/visual format? I know that I prefer seeing people's faces as well as reading articles. I often listen to audios of videos while I get on with the dishes too. Anyone else do that?
